Completing the 90 hour required pre-license course is the very first step to achieving your real estate license. What makes NSRE unique is our pay as you go subscription model. You can take as long or as little as you need. Each student pays a one-time membership subscription fee of $99 and then $25 per month. You must have a credit card on file and your card will be charged monthly, you can cancel at any time.
